Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a French
masters student at the Industrial Engineering & Management School (IEM) of
the Grenoble Institute of Technology in France. I am waiting to enquire if
there is a possibility to obtain a three-month internship from June to August
2017. The objective of such an internship, which forms part of my studies,
would be to act as an assistant to an engineer on a project concerning
management of the supply chain.

After a first more general year at IEM, I decided to specialize in supply
chain management. As a result, I have the skills required to optimize all
aspects of the supply chain, from a strategic point of view (selection of
suppliers, opening/closing of worksites, creation of distribution networks,
etc.) to an operational point of view (supply management, workplace management,
inventory management, production, quality, information system management, etc.)

I would very much like to undertake this project abroad and, therefore,
I was immediately attracted by the opportunities to apply in Switzerland. I am
able to rise to a challenge. I am a curious and open-minded person and I have
shown that I can adapt to a situation through different projects during my time
at IEM.
